Sin embargo, la inclusi\u00f3n digital se ha limitado a la disponibilidad de dispositivos y servicios de Internet, sin abordar las dimensiones evolutivas y multiet\u00e1picas de la exclusi\u00f3n. Es especialista en cuestiones relacionadas con la brecha digital, el ordenamiento territorial y ecol\u00f3gico, as\u00ed como en el desarrollo de herramientas para el an\u00e1lisis y diagn\u00f3stico de contextos socioambientales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde 1999, ha desarrollado el proyecto \"Ciberespacio, territorios y territorialidad en M\u00e9xico\". En el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico, ha dirigido tesis de maestr\u00eda y doctorado en diversas \u00e1reas tem\u00e1ticas y epistemol\u00f3gicas, principalmente en planeaci\u00f3n territorial e instrumentos de desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Director de la Revista Estudios Fronterizos (2007-2012) y Coordinador de la Maestr\u00eda en Administraci\u00f3n Integral del Ambiente (2008-2012). A nivel internacional, recibi\u00f3 el Premio \"Arch C. Gerlach\" en 2017 con los autores del libro \"Geograf\u00eda Aplicada en Iberoam\u00e9rica\".<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualmente, es Profesor-Investigador del Departamento de Estudios Urbanos y Medio Ambiente de El Colegio de la Fronteriza Norte, donde imparte cursos de sistemas de informaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica y t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas de an\u00e1lisis regional y Madero radicada en la FCPyS de la UNAM.
